Iran 'defies' 'world' further

Iran has announced that it can now enrich uranium to 4.8%. It is nearly ready to begin generating electricity in power plants. The level of enriched uranium required to generate power is 5%.

This is despite threats of sanctions and possible force used against Iran if they continue on their 'quest for nuclear weapons'.

According to the United States Code Congressional and administrative news, the definition of terrorism is:

Any act that (A) invloves a violent act or an act dangerous to human life that is a violation of the laws of the United States or of any State; and (B) appears to be intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civillian population; (ii) to influence to policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by assassination or kidnapping.

Is this not what America is doing to Iran when it threatens the use of force to neutralise a percieved nuclear threat?
The United States is guilty of terrorism by its own definition. Should we declare war or just bomb them?
